We use tests which enable us to measure a candidate’s current ability and future potential in multiple languages. To get the most reliable results, we always test candidates in their own native language.

Ability tests evaluate the candidate’s skills and aptitudes regarding verbal reasoning, technical knowledge and numerical understanding. Various competency levels can be measured. These tests are helpful in assessing candidates such as editors, accountants and programme designers.

In addition to assessments, we can test and evaluate our candidate’s language –both written and verbal- and computer skills.

To further develop our candidate’s skills, we offer them the training tool GoodHabitz with a wide range of online courses to learn business, software, technology and creative skills to achieve personal and professional goals.
