Account Manager - Automotive Industry

Job description

As an Account Manager you will be part of the Parts and Tyres team. You will be responsible for selling new and used truck parts to international customers. Whether by phone, email, website inquiries, or chat, you'll seize every opportunity to make a sale. You will build, expand, and maintain relationships with transport companies, workshops, and garages. Once you've sold a part, you will manage the process from sale to delivery, which includes order follow-up, invoicing, or shipping. To achieve this, you'll work closely with colleagues in Inventory Management, Sales Support, and Transport.
What makes this role exciting and challenging is the freedom and responsibility to run your own 'business'. You will lead the entire process, closely monitoring payment and transport.

Requirements

  • You have completed an MBO or HBO education in Automotive, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field;
  • You have 1-3 years of experience in the Automotive industry.
  • Fluent command English and one EU language.
  • You are strong in communication and easily engage in conversations;
  • You have a service-oriented mindset and always think along with the customer.

Salary from: €2500,-
