Job description

Within the role of Account manager, you are tasked to do business that puts the fans first. You will build strong connections with event organizers, communicating with them in order to have lasting relationships.
Other tasks include :
  • Create and own the account management strategy to utilise the Belgian market;
  • Manage relationships with Belgian key account partners, by identifying their needs and translating them into added value;
  • See/feel the different needs of our partners and think outside the box to personalize every partnership on a different level;
  • Work closely with business developers to identify and nurture partnership renewals and close growth opportunities;
  • Spot and identify market trends and translate them into partner valued features to remain ahead of the competition

Requirements

  • Fluency in Flemish
  • Located in Amsterdam
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Open for travelling to Belgium to meet with event organizers
  • You're able to understand the exact needs of a partner. You know how to respond and are able to come up with creative solutions/ideas and stand by them
  • Account Management experience of minimum 1 year
  • Interest in the Event and Festival business

Working conditions

  • The company currently works in a hybrid model. In the beginning, they prefer you to be in the office as much as possible because it will be easier for you to get to know the company, the work, and the product. After the first period, it's definitely possible to work from home some days a week.

  • You will receive a direct contract with the company. The first contract will be for 7 months, with the intention to extend.

Salary from: €2800,-
Salary to: €3100,-

Our client is an Amsterdam based company that provides a simple and secure platform for people to buy and sell tickets. The company is expanding globally and growing steadily.
You will become part of an international team with Friday drinks, monthly parties and access to many different events!
