Job description

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for selling trucks and machinery primarily to French and Arab customers. You are the first point of contact for potential international clients. Because customers are able to find you easily, you do little prospecting.

In most cases, customers will come to you physically for the first time. You will build a trusted business relationship, negotiate prices, and close sales contracts. You help the customer by offering a complete package consisting of maintenance, tires, diesel, transport, and/or shipping. All with one goal: to make the customer happy with a total solution that meets their needs.

Your tasks include:

  • Selling trucks and machines to French and Arab customers.
  • Building relationships, negotiating prices, and closing sales contracts.
  • Offering a complete package to meet customer needs.
  • The job requires knowledge about import restrictions, bank compliance, legislation, and local market needs.
  • The team consists of approximately 30 people and is led by an experienced salesman.
  • The team operates in a competitive but friendly atmosphere and has weekly meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar
  • Fluency in French and Arabic next to English or Dutch
  • Experience in Sales
  • You are sharp, proactive and can identify opportunities
  • Experience in the Automotive industry is a huge plus!
  • Thorough knowledge of the Automotive industry, market trends, customer preferences and competitors
  • IMPORTANT: For this role, you have to be residing either in or around Veghel, Helmond, or Eindhoven area.
