Job description

As Account Manager Truckparts, you will be handling both operational and commercial tasks:

  • Responsible for selling new and used truck parts to both national and international customers
  • Responsible for building and expanding your own customer base
  • Maintaining relationships with customers
  • Managing the whole sales process yourself; from sale to delivery (following uo with the order, sending invoices, etc.)
  • Ensuring customers receive best advice about parts that suit their trucks
  • Making sure customer data is registered correctly
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Following up with quotations
  • Handling orders efficiently

Requirements

  • Affinity with trucks and truck parts (a must)
  • MBO or HBO level of education
  • Fluency in Romanian (Italian or German is a plus!)
  • You have strong communication skills
