Job description

What will you do?

Accounting/ Bookkeeping tasks:
  • Manage the full cycle of accounting matters, such as: bank reconciliation, balance sheet, P&L
  • Handling Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
  • Complete month end and monthly financial reports
  • Process monthly staff payroll and report tax payments
  • Prepare audit report for year end & closing inventory for financial year end
  • Communication with external auditor
  • Assist in year end stocktake and reconcile stocktake
  • To control and ensure all government reports are completed
  • Update and maintain filing system and records
  • Maintain asset ledger and control pension payments to be authorized
Logistic/ Sales support tasks:
  • Support the international sales managers with general administration
  • Arrange import & export shipments and pick up
  • Verify incoming & outgoing documents and follow up the delivery date
  • Check inventory stock
  • Prepare commercial invoices
  • Contact with clients & dealers
  • Monitor all incoming emails from customers and dealers
  • Co-ordinate all incoming and outgoing goods

HR/ Administration tasks:
  • Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation, and days off.
  • Organize and maintain company personnel records & documentation
  • Supporting the manager with general HR matters, for e.g. preparing HR policies & procedures
  • Create reports for senior management
  • Assisting with the recruitment process, for e.g. update & creating (new) job profiles

Who are you?

  • Min. 3 years of accounting experience with a combination of general office administration
  • Experience in sales & logistic support is a plus
  • Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or economics
  • Do you speak fluency English (written and spoken) - Knowledge of Dutch language is preferred
  • Open minded, flexible, all round and a multi tasker
  • Living in North Holland region (in the area of Uitgeest)
  • Candidates who are living abroad will not be considered

Working conditions

This is a long term & full time position (40 hours per week)
The salary is between € 3300 - 3800 per month gross, depending on work experience and education
25 holiday days
Travel allowance, € 0.19 per km
The company will offer a one year contract, renewable.
Remote work is NOT possible. This job requires 100% in the office

This company is the European division of a global group of companies dedicated and specialized in industrial printing devices and ancillary technologies with a particular focus on textile and UV print systems.
The Dutch office is expanding, currently 4 employees.
