For my client in Amersfoort I'm looking for an Assistant who speaks/reads and writes a business level of English (C2). You have a broad range of tasks, where you will support different departments (administration and marketing). Your primary responsibilities would be:

· General Administrative and Reception tasks, such as:
answering telephone;
welcoming guests to the office;
internal distribution of incoming post, etc.;
preparing letters, e-mails and presentations, filing etc.;
mail shots and general outgoing mail.
· Maintaining and ensuring an efficient, workable office environment, including:
responsible for ordering and maintenance of office supplies and catering, and handling deliveries;
liaising with building manager for facility services, in absence of the Office Manager EMEA.
· Dealing with visitors to the office, from providing route descriptions to boardroom arrangements.
· Preparation and distribution of weekly movement sheet.
· Arranging and booking travel and accommodation as required.
· Organizing conference calls, providing dial-in details and instructions for employees and external participants.
· Liaise with your Senior co-workers in the international administrative team with support and assistance with tasks and on special projects, covering for absences, and relaying information and updates in a timely manner.
· Perform other related duties as required.

In addition, you would be supporting the training coordinator with:
· Make arrangements for and facilitate the different training programs through preparing training materials, coordinating meals and drinks, handling reservations for hotels, training rooms, technical training facilities, etc.
· Reports on training status and outcomes to management.

Requirements

What do you bring to the table?

•MBO+ level with preferably some experience as an administrative assistant.
•Excellent (C2 level) in English, additional language skills are useful: Dutch, German, French and Spanish.
•Stress resistant.
•Flexible, hands on mentality.
•Proactive, thinking two steps ahead.
•Ability to professionally handle confidential and sensitive information.
•Strong attention to detail.
•Ability to anticipate needs, be resourceful and use sound judgment and tact – especially when handling confidential matters.
•Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a service-oriented focus.
•Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently, as well as in a team setting. Applied proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio
•Living within a 30 minute distance from the office is needed. You also already need to have a valid work permit for the Netherlands.

You will get a salary according to you experience, and will work in a fantastic team of internationals.
You are going to work via a temporary Undutchables contract which can be extended with a direct contract. Some secondary benefits include:

Our client (in the Medical / Pharmaceutical industry) is looking for an Assistant for the administration team to help them out in their Amersfoort office. It's a part-time position for 32 hours (4 days a week).

Our client is an American company that is successful and very active in the Pharmaceutical sector. They have a great office in Amersfoort, and are looking for an Administrative Assistant to help support their team.
