Job description
As an administrative employee supporting the Quality department, you will be responsible for processing packing slips and certifications, making sure everything is in order. You'll also handle administrative tasks related to residue requests, ensuring they are properly managed. It will be your job to check the daily receipts and make sure they are accurate. Additionally, you'll need to keep the information in multiple systems up-to-date, so everything stays organized. Lastly, you may be asked to help out with other administrative duties as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of the department.Requirements
We are looking for a colleague who can work independently and handle tasks efficiently. We also want someone who values teamwork and can help share information between different departments, so everyone can work together effectively.In addition to the qualities mentioned before, we are looking for a new colleague who has the following knowledge and skills:
- A level of education and thinking compatible with MBO standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer usage, particularly with Excel
- Ability to process data accurately and independently using automated systems
- A strong sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in English, with fluency in Dutch or German being a significant advantage
