Job description

Responsibilities:
As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth in South London and Kent. The role is 100% remote/field-based, focused on business development, both with new prospects and the existing client database. Your daily work will be measured by specific KPIs, including meetings sat, lead conversion, and the number of collective housing dwellings equipped with Intratone.

Prospect:
  • Generate leads by doing meetings with prospects.
  • Book meetings to drive business development.
  • Use excellent communication skills and self-drive to succeed in your mission of disrupting the industry and challenging market habits.
Gain and Follow Leads:
  • Use curiosity and listening skills to bring leads in the form of projects.
  • Follow up on leads with absolute rigour and focus to convert them into orders.
  • Demonstrate strong project management and organizational skills as projects can take anywhere from one month to two years.
Drive Partners:
  • Use leadership skills to gather installation and distribution partners who share the company's vision and values.
  • Provide partners with all the support they deserve, and they will actively promote Intratone solutions with their own clients.
  • Measure partner success based on specific KPIs and ensure they remain committed.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to prospect new business and build relationships with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to follow up on leads and close deals.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook as well as picking up quickly the company's bespoke CRM.
  • Comfortable with numbers and excellent computer skills.
  • Self-driven, enthusiastic, and motivated with a can-do attitude.
  • A team player with the ability to work closely with an Inside Sales Executive to support your efforts.
  • French fluency (and Dutch preferred)

Salary from: €35000,-
