We are looking for Assemblers to work full time, in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. An Assembler builds our client's products to their customer orders in a fast-paced, teamwork focused environment.

You will receive an “on-the-job” training and coaching.

Responsibilities:

· Assembling to fulfill customer orders, all products are custom made
· Parts modification to meet belt pattern requirements, ability to operate dedicated cutting and machining equipment (Assembly Technician)
· Extensive product line knowledge and understanding of belt patterns and quality specs
· Follow all safety procedures and policies
· Meet the minimum productivity requirement for the work lane
· Perform housekeeping duties as required
· Being able to work overtime and on weekends if required
· Follow the attendance policy of the Assembly department
· Exhibit teamwork and self-management

Requirements

Requirements:

· Vocational degree of education
· Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment
· Take initiative, hands on mentality
· Good hand/eye coordination and detail oriented
· Good technical and communication skills
· Able to work from 07:30 – 16:00, Monday to Friday and sometimes overtime
· Live within a commutable distance to Hoofddorp

Working conditions

• You will work first on contract for 1040 hours/7 months. After this the intention is a long term relation and direct contract with the hiring company,
• Salary: between €12,50 and €13,93 gross per hour, depending on years and technical experience.
• Possibility to receive production bonus with minimum amount of €5,00 per working hour after 3 months, *
• Quarterly team incentive which is 10% of base pay based on quality and order fulfillment/ team performance indicants.
• 25 holidays + 6 ATV (based on full time, 40 hours)
