Job description

In this role you will make sure that all orders are processed according to the customer’s wishes. For this you will be processing all Order-to-Invoice activities to ensure that all pharmaceutical products are distributed worldwide. Some of your tasks will be:
- Processing supply orders
- Booking and monitoring shipments while arranging all needed import and export documentation
- Handling issues and executing the return process
- Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders and third-party logistics suppliers
- Reviewing procedures: constantly monitoring the order-to-cash policies and providing input for improvements
- Participating in process improvements and continuously providing input where needed

Requirements

The right person for this role;

- Has a bachelors or master’s degree preferably in Supply Chain

- Around 2 years of Supply Chain experience

- Business level of English and one extra language preferred

- Customer focused, team-player, advanced communication skills are some of your characteristics

- You maintain high quality standard in your work

- SAP experience strongly preferred

- Fulltime availability is required (40 hours per week)

Salary from: €2410,-
Salary to: €2770,-
