Backoffice Coordinator I German

Job description
As a member of the coordination team, your primary focus will be on our German client, a major retailer for whom they serve as a supplier. Working closely with your teammates, your role entails managing outbound orders and ensuring seamless operations. Additionally, you'll be actively involved in production planning, including tasks such as inventory management and fulfilling production orders.As a critical link between various stakeholders, including warehouse personnel, commercial departments, transport teams, and the customer, you'll work independently to make timely decisions and resolve issues related to potential disruptions to the supply chain.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced, informally driven environment where swift problem-solving is highly valued.An ideal candidate for this role will be an organized and detail-oriented individual with a knack for multitasking and stress management. You'll function seamlessly as a team player while also excelling in self-directed work. Above all, you'll consistently demonstrate a meticulous and highly accurate approach to all tasks.
Additionally, you'll possess a flexible and adaptable workstyle, able to work varied schedules, including weekend shifts (typically four times per year).
To thrive in this role you also have:
- Experience in a comparable position in logistics, backoffice coordination, etc
- Knowledge of working with Excel and/or SAP
- Business fluency in English
- Command of German and/or Dutch is a big plus
Working conditions
- €2.500 - €3.000 based on level of relevant experience
- 25 holiday days

- Please be aware that for this role a car is needed to get to work. There is no public transport in the area.
