Job description

As a Business Administrator, you will be a part of the Business Operations team, you participate in order management and you will be coordinating and supporting the administrative process within the Supply Chain. This back office role might need customer facings from time to time.

The tasks can be described as follows:

  • Coordinates daily processing of all operational aspects.
  • Responsible of data entry and monitoring of the order processing.
  • Ensures quality of data
  • Advises concerning orders requests from Account Project Coordinators / Sales and Customers if needed.
  • Deals with customer sales complaints and ensure a prompt & satisfactory resolution.
  • Coordinates with Finance / Account Project Coordinators and Sales concerning orders and payments.
  • Manages Call-Off and Consignment stock according to customer and supply chain agreements.
  • Participates in special projects as needed.

Requirements

To qualify for the position you must meet the following requirements:

  • At least 1 year work experience in the fields of customer orders processing, monitoring and/or invoicing and supervision leading to a good understanding of different stock systems and internal processing.
  • Very good knowledge of the English language (verbal and written)
  • Any other language is a plus (German, French, Spanish, Italian, or other European languages)
  • Good understanding and use of computer system (ERP system, D365, Microsoft office, e-mail), excellent use of Excel, good with numbers.

Salary from: €2500,-
