Job description
As Business Creator, you support the company in expanding their business within the DACH region. Your major goal is to trigger the curiosity of IT resellers so that they are interested in being on-boarded and enabled to resell your products. In this role, you:- Contact clients (B2B) and present to them IT solutions that could be of their benefit
- Support Business Developers in triggering client's interest and in managing account administration
- Educate assigned accounts by means of product presentations and sales training
- Cooperate with internal teams (marketing, business development and product management) to effectively support the customer
Requirements
Excited yet? Then check out the requirements:- Proficiency (C2) in German and English
- Experience in customer service or similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Commercial mindset
- Experience or affinity with IT
