Client Service Agent - Bilingual French & Dutch

For our client, we are looking for an enthusiastic, curious, and service-minded colleague to join the Client Service team. Are you eager to deliver high-quality customer service? As a Client Service Agent French and Dutch speaking you are the first point of contact for the merchants. You will provide an excellent customer experience by helping and advising our merchants on the use of the products and services; to ensure they can accept payments and can focus on their business. This growing team currently consists of 14 Client Service Agents, reporting to the Manager of Client Services. The team works closely with each other to ensure alignment, support, and improvement. The company offers a dynamic, professional, informal environment with short lines of communication.

Getting the right things done
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience to our merchants by providing support through a range of channels, including email and telephone
  • Provide the merchants appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Ensure accurate registration of all interactions with clients in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Contribute to the optimization of our customer services processes and help colleagues in order to improve efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction
  • Gaining, demonstrating and having an all-round knowledge of the products and services


  • Ability to serve clients (call and/or non-call) in 1 or 2 non-technical skills (merchant support, financial inquiries, monitoring)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least two years’ work experience within customer services, call center or related role
  • A committed problem solver with a positive, proactive and hands-on mentality
  • Customer-focused and quality-driven
  • Able to prioritize workload and manage time effectively
  • An easy learner who welcomes changes which is important since we strive to be more efficient and come up with new and better ways to solve problems
  • Business fluent in French, Dutch and English

Salary from: €2400,-
Salary to: €3100,-
