Part-time Communication & Marketing Service Coordinator | German

Job description
Our client is looking for a Communication & Marketing Service Coordinator German speaking. It is a parttime position for 20 hours per week ideally divided over 4 days. You will report to the CEO.You will be in charge for:
- Improving the company’s intranet in cooperation with the IT department to improve information sharing & communication internally through continuous hearing & discussion with staff, which includes standardization & introduction of digital documents & materials into the Intranet by using SharePoint and other necessary optimizations.
- Developing the customer portal site in cooperation with the IT department to expedite market activity & further create new business opportunities with clients & stakeholders through continuous hearing & discussion with staff.
- Defining the company public relations goals in a sustainable way based on the company Mission, Vision & Values, as well as Mid-term Strategy, and conducting marketing services by managing social media to increase the brand awareness through the development & creation of marketing campaigns and others.
- Organizing outbound and inbound marketing activities (customer event planning & participation etc.)
Requirements
- Minimal Bachelor’s degree in public relations, journalism, marketing, or a relevant field
- At least 1 year of experience working in the public relations industry
- Fluent in German and English language
- Willingness of building a basic knowledge about the rail & leasing industry to get a certain understanding of the company activities.
- Good spirit for the challenge of process improvement
- A portfolio of successful client work
- Excellent knowledge of public relations best practices, brand management, and media strategies, and exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with personnel and members of the media
- Superb written skills and knowledge of press release style guides
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Hybrid working style 50/50 home officeGood command in English & German (Dutch is optional)
