Our client is looking for a skilled Content Marketing Specialist to develop and execute content initiatives that connect with key audiences. This position requires close collaboration with various internal teams (HR, sales ,data, etc.) to gather insights and transform them into engaging, high-impact content. You will work with 3 colleagues in the Netherlands and 1 in Canada.

• This role involves close collaboration with internal teams to gather insights and transform them into clear, compelling content.
• You'll be responsible for producing and managing a variety of content formats, from blog posts and articles to social media and newsletters, while ensuring consistency through well-organized content calendars.
• Additionally, you'll optimize content for SEO and SEM, develop paid media campaigns, and drive engagement across digital and social channels.
• Analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies for future content efforts will also be a key part of this role.

Requirements

Requirements:

• You were raised in an English-speaking country (US, England, Australia, etc.) and you speak English on a C2 level. Please note that we only consider candidates who speak English on a C2 level.
• At least 5-10 years of experience in content marketing. Preferably also a background in an international B2B company
• You have a degree in journalism, marketing, or communications
• We are looking for someone who is extremely strong in writing content, open-minded, pro-active, and not afraid to share their opinions.
• You live in the den Bosch area. Our client does not provide sponsorship.
• Strong understanding of and experience with SEO principles and tools.
• Familiar with CMS (content management systems) and HTML/CSS.
• Experience with marketing automation is a plus (not a must).
• You are social media savvy and a creative thinker.

Working conditions

Please note that the salary is dependent on your experience.Our client offers:

• Hybrid working (4 days in the office, 1 day at home)
