Job description

Our client is seeking a Contracts & Pricing Manager (Operational Pricing Lead) for the WEMEA region. This is a temporary role for 6 months. You will be a key member of the Global Operational Pricing team, supporting strategic pricing and access initiatives across multiple therapeutic areas.
Key responsibilities:
  • Provide in-depth pricing analysis and recommendations (e.g., IRP, price erosion, launch sequence).
  • Manage pricing tools and systems; support continuous improvement projects.
  • Guide affiliates during annual pricing and budgeting processes.
  • Review contracts impacting pricing governance and analyze business cases from affiliates.
  • Support pricing documentation for compliance and government submissions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and affiliate teams to support launch planning and market access strategy.

Requirements

Our client is looking for a professional who is both analytically strong and highly collaborative, with a strong understanding of pricing dynamics in the pharmaceutical industry.
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years (Bachelor) or 3 years (Master) of relevant experience in pricing, finance, audit, or consulting, ideally in the pharma industry.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in data analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Ability to manage complex projects with precision and attention to detail.
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator with proactive problem-solving skills
Please note that we cannot hire someone who still has to relocate for this role.
