Part-time Sales and Project Manager | German

Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Creative Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing projects in the German corporate merchandise & premiums market. This is a part-time position.Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee international clients and projects in the corporate merchandise & premiums market.
- Take ownership of acquired projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery.
- Supervise the entire process from order entry to delivery, following our BrandPremiums purchase protocol.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and coordinate with various factories abroad.
- Approach prospective clients and generate leads.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations visits to showcase and promote services
- Ensure project timelines and schedules are met through effective planning and organization.
- Work collaboratively with the team and independently to achieve project goals.
- Utilize your commercial mindset to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
- Maintain a proactive and reactive approach to project management.
Requirements
Requirements:- Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience as a project manager, preferably in the same industry.
- Fluent in German, written and spoken
- College-level education or equivalent.
- Experience in the promotional or event business is highly desirable.
- Energetic, positive, and stress-resistant with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
