Job description

Our client is looking for a customer care representative who is ready to handle complex customer issues. You will play an advisory role and oversee intricate processes. This is a role that consists of customer service, account management and sales support, so one can expect a wide range of responsibilities. You have a can-do attitude and you continuously thrive for more. You are fluent in French, English and Dutch.

What can you expect?
- Through incoming customer phone call or emails you will provide information to customers about all services and resolve more investigative and complex issues (e.g. incidents and data breaches)
-You will think along with the customers and come up with solutions
-You will assist the Sales Team with generating new leads
-You will provide administrative support to the Sales Team by reviewing fees, contracts and analyzing reports
-You will take part in projects which may include the restructuring and editing of accounts, plus, giving training to customers
-You will mentor and train colleagues, provide back-up support in case of absence

Requirements

What is expected from you?
In order to be successful in this role, you need to have a customer-oriented attitude, a positive communication style, and eagerness to provide excellent service and support to both customers and team members. You don’t freeze when change comes your way but embrace it! Our client is looking for a strong personality who can handle difficult conversations. Next to that, you need to have:
-Fluent French, English, and Dutch language skills (you will have conversations with banks and pharmaceutical companies in Dutch, so min.C1 level is required!)
-Analytical mindset (to be able to analyze reports and customer surveys)
-Administrative skills

Working conditions
