As a Customer Care Manager you will be a part of the Commercial Operations Department where you will be responsible for the continuous development of the Customer Care Specialists team and you will be the one coordinating and supporting a broad range of functions concerning field sales, support teams, service and the customers.
Other responsibilities will be:
-Leading, inspiring and directing the team by monitoring the daily workload activities to make sure the business objectives are met and that the best customer service experience will be provided
-Provide an excellent customer experience by solving issues coming from the internal teams and customers
-Work closely with the management team to evaluate the team structure and processes and try to improve them
-Develop and present information for the Quarterly Business Reviews within the department as well as the vendors and cross-functional teams
-Make sure there is a high level of liaison within the department as well as other departments to make sure the common goals are being reached
-Interact on a frequent basis with customers, subordinates, functional peer group managers to make sure team objectives are being reached
-Advise subordinate(s) to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems
-Develop and administer schedules as well as performance requirements

Requirements

What do we expect from your side:
-You have at least 5-8 years of experience in a management or leadership role
-You have experience working with ERP and CRM systems
-You have gained experience in one of the following fields: Customer service, field support, order management or a similar role
-Experience in International Distributor Support, logistics/import/export or supply chain are a plus!
-Experience in Life Science or the Clinical Industry is a plus!
-You speak English at a business level
