Job description

You will be:
· Actively support data integration requests via SSO and web-services / data exchange services.
· Provide input and suggestions to keep the data exchange documentation current and up to date.
· Responding to IT related or commercial queries from customers in a timely and accurate manner, via phone or email.
· Keep accurate records and document customer support activities into our CRM system, JIRA or other support applications.
· Respond to and/or manage escalations of 2nd level requests from customers, and involve IT, Data and Development teams where required or necessary.
· Create and manage user accounts in our licensing application and liaise with the internal departments to resolve licensing issues.
· Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports upon request.
· Analysing and reporting application malfunctions and customer feedback.
· Provide support to the sales team and to customers on Sales-Through-Activities.
· Clarify and execute customer claims and follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
· Gather customer feedback and share with the sales team.

Requirements

What you have to offer:
  • You have a completed vocational education (MBO+ level)
  • You are fluent in English, fluency in French and/or Spanish, Dutch is a plus
  • You have proven experience in Customer IT Support role
  • You have excellent coordination and verbal and written communication skills
  • You are a self-starter and have patience when handling tough cases
  • You are service- and solution-oriented, and reliable
  • You are a team player and are not hesitant to ask questions
  • IT savvy, understanding of databases and web-services
  • Knowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket would be an advantage
  • You have excellent computer skills and knowledge of Windows-based systems (MS Office and MS Dynamics 365)

Working conditions
