Job description

As a Customer Relations Associate you are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to your customers. In this position, you are dealing front line with your customers, which means that you are always representing your company and its customer service philosophy with the utmost integrity.

Among others, your duties and tasks include:

  • receiving, monitoring and processing customer orders and requests in a professional & timely manner
  • handling orders and requests coming from Sales Representatives, direct customers, distributors etc.
  • being responsible for credit and re-bill requests from doctors, distributors etc.
  • being the main point of contact for both internal and external customers, providing them with accurate information regarding products and sales promotions
  • supporting the Sales Representative in upselling products
  • collaborating with other departments through CRM
  • handling customer complaints

Requirements

You are the ideal Customer Relations Associate if you are/have:

  • a minimum of three years of work experience in customer service/customer account management in an international company
  • fluency in German and in English
  • excellent communication skills - you are friendly, positive and efficient and not shy on the phone
  • a proactive attitude in finding smart solutions to customer problems
  • an independent worker with a go-getter attitude
  • reliable, both towards your customers and your colleagues
  • able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency
  • commercial skills - ability to see sales opportunities

Furthermore, you are able to operate computer systems with accuracy and efficiency (Oracle, CRM, Excel) and have the ability to adapt to and implement new procedures as required to provide excellent customer service. You are a team player and enjoy guiding and teaching fellow/new team members.

Working conditions

As my client's new Customer Relations Associate you will enjoy the following benefits:

  • a fulltime (37,5h) position at an international, fast growing company in the medical sector
  • a salary ranging between 2300,00 and 2700,00 euro gross per month
  • 8% vacation bonus and a 13th month salary
  • 26 vacation days
  • reimbursement of travel costs (NS Business Card of up to 250 euro per month or 0,19 euro per km)
