Customer Relationship Team Leader | German

Job description
• You are leading a small team to support the success of customer service• You are responsible for processing of customer orders
• Preparation of complaint evaluations and final reports Customer Service Operations
• You are the first point of contact for the dealers and B2B customers
• You will work closely with the other departments such as Junior E-Commerce Manager and Product Management
• You take care of accounts receivable management
Requirements
- You speak native level German and good level of English or Dutch)
- You hold a University degree, commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Customer-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Experience in managing employees desirable
- Confident handling of common EDP applications
- Friendly and reliable customer contact management
- You are open and motivated to acquire the necessary technical and product knowledge
- Available for 32-40 hours per week;
- You live around Ter Apel or willing to relocate
- You have valid working permit
Working conditions
- 25 days of vacation per year- A welcoming team with an informal and international working atmosphere.
- Friday noon lunch offered
- Annual team outings
Salary from: €2000,-
Salary to: €2600,-
