Customer Service Representative | German

Job description

What you will do:

  • Process orders and follow up on delivery, invoicing and reporting
  • Manage customer claims, refunds and credits
  • Liaise with the warehouse to plan transport
  • Create order confirmations and communicate delivery updates to customers
  • Respond to customer queries & keep customer information up to date in the system

Requirements

Who you are:

  • 2 years experience working in a similar role
  • Great written and verbal communication skills in German and English (Dutch is a +)
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems, experience with Oracle is preferred
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office programmes
  • Analytic, Enthusiastic and a great team player

Our client is a market leading toy and games company with offices in the Netherlands, UK, France, Spain and China. To support their successful German market they are looking to expand their customer service team based here in the Netherlands.
