Customer Service Night Shifts | German

Job description

Do you speak German and are you interested in the Banking industry? Then i'm looking for you!
For this role, you can work part-time (at least 24 hours), and you will be working night shifts from 22h00 till 06h30.

Your main tasks include:
- Delivering excellent service on behalf of the client to the customer
- Answering a variety of questions the customer may have
- Monitoring the safety of the internal and external client and be aware of fraud
- Following escalation procedures

Requirements

What do we expect from you?
- You speak German on a C2/C1 level and are fluent in English or Dutch
- Great administration skills
- Experience with working in a dynamic customer service related role is a plus
- Experience in the financial sector is a plus
- Part time is not a problem, but you should at least be available for 24 hours a week
- You are customer-centered and have a talent in delivering service

Working conditions

You will be part of a great international team and will work in a beautiful office with canteen and lounge facilities.
Salary will be 13,51 euro an hour, and you will start working via Undutchables.
During the night shifts hours you will get 50% extra an hour.
