Customer Service Representative | Benelux

Job description
As our Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll be responsible for answering their inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels. You'll use your expertise to provide helpful solutions and guide customers through their purchasing journey.We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills in Dutch, English, and French (B2 level or above). You should be comfortable working with systems, including Exact Online, and have a knack for multitasking. Above all, you should be a patient problem-solver who remains calm and friendly under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the face and voice of our organization, providing top-notch customer service and solving a variety of customer issues
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels
- Work in a team to ensure that customer service goals are met
- Use your commercial insight to identify sales opportunities and improve the customer experience
- Continually learn and stay up-to-date on our products and services
Requirements
Requirements:- Fluent in Dutch, English, and French (B2 level or above) (you will have contact with French and Dutch clients)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with systems
- Passionate about providing top-notch customer service
Working conditions
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from €2,400 to €2,800 per month, as well as additional benefits including a bonus program and travel allowance. If you're ready to join a dynamic and fast-growing team, we want to hear from you!Salary from: €2600,-
