Job description

What are your responsibilities?

  • Order entry and shipment tracking
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone/email regarding product information, product availability, order status, pricing and returns
  • Assist customers with technical questions regarding product installation, liaising with the technical support team
  • Participate in improvement initiatives
  • Monitor stock levels and purchase supplies for the office as needed
  • Distribute invoices to customers and collaborate with Finance on payment-related issues as needed
  • Collaborate with operations, 3rd party logistics and field team

Requirements

What are you bringing to the job?

  • You speak English and German fluently, Dutch on a B1/B2 level.
  • You have 1-2 years experience within a similar role in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain
  • You have experience with ERP systems, NetSuite preferred
  • You have attention to detail
  • You have good organization and clerical skills
  • You have project coordination skills and ability to multitask
  • You can work independently and collaborate with peers

Working conditions

What does our client offer?

  • Working hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Hybrid working not possible
  • 25 Holidays
  • 0.21€ Commuting allowance


Salary from: €2800,-
Salary to: €3000,-
