Job description

Our client is looking for someone to join their team in supporting one of the world-leading, voice interactive audio devices.

  • Provide high quality technical support for our customers through live troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • Handle questions about general product information via phone and e-mail.
  • Identify and analyze software and hardware issues, using existing guidelines and tools.
  • Offer clear and excellent customer care to existing and new customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction via phone and e-mail.
  • Follow up with customers until the issue is resolved.
  • Pro-actively take responsibility for open issues.
  • Work with music services and operating systems (Spotify, Mac, Android, Windows and iOS).
  • Ensure compliance with company regulations with regards to Data Protection and Information Security.
  • Continuous learning and development (trainings).


  • Fluent Danish speaker with outstanding English (verbal and written) skills.
  • Knowledge in network configuration including wireless, router settings and Internet security software.
  • Feedback driven, self-motivated, curious, open to continuous learning and knowledge development.
  • Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Inquisitive, bright and creative problem solver, who is driven to go the extra mile to solve an issue.
  • Decisive, action-oriented individual who takes ownership of open issues and who can work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems, research, and find answers to consumer questions.
  • Able to keep calm under pressure and multitask.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service.
  • Strong technical background.
  • Available 40 hours a week, based in the Netherlands.

  • Working hours from Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 18:00.
  • A gross monthly salary of € 2,149 (based on a 40 hour workweek).
  • 8% holiday pay and 25 days paid holidays per year.
  • Contribution to health insurance and pension.
  • Working from home possible; but, you must be based in the Netherlands.
  • Internet and travel allowance (when you work from the office).
  • Working on a long-term, on-going project and, depending on performance, can be offered a contract with the company.
