Job description
Our client is looking for a French speaking Customer Service Employee for BENELUX region.Responsibilities:
- Answering and processing all Customer Service-related questions
- Accurately processing of orders
- Being responsible for the accurate processing of administration
- Conducting commercial outbound call
- You will provide high quality service to customers
- You ensure that complaints are dealt quickly and carefully
Requirements
Requirements:- You have a C2 level of French (written and spoken) and have a good command of the Dutch and English language.
- You bring at least 3 years of work experience in a similar role
- You are enthusiastic and have positive mindset
- Great communication skills
- You have a commercial educational
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Living in the Haarlem / Amsterdam area
Working conditions
- Salary range depending on experience: EUR 2300-2700 gross based on full time.
- Long term position: 7-month contract with the hiring company with the intention of extension
- Full time (38 hours)
