Customer Service Representative | French & Dutch

Job description

The Customer Service department is responsible for processing orders from the Netherlands Sales Team, Export, Private Label, and direct customer orders. Key responsibilities include:
  • Processing orders and managing invoicing
  • Verifying product availability in our or external locations
  • Procuring goods
  • Obtaining necessary customs documents and certificates
  • Coordinating transportation and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
  • Collaborating with the sales team to update on order status and delivery times
  • Handling customer complaints and implementing corrective and preventive measures

Requirements

  • Minimum MBO+ working and thinking level
  • Several years of experience in Customer Service, with a focus on logistics administration and export
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably AX
  • Proactive with excellent prioritization, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Proficient in Dutch and English; knowledge of French and German is advantageous
  • Experience in transport planning is a plus
