Customer Service Representative German Speaking

Job description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work closely together with the commercial account & sales managers and with your colleagues in the Customer Service team. You support the B2B and B2C orders. During Peak Season the main focus will be order entry.

Key responsibilities:
· Running dealer portals
· Entering daily pallet shipments
· Entering daily drop shipments
· After sales support to end consumer
o Email support
o Responding to online reviews
o Responding to online Q and A
· Support to dealer base on questions related to customer service (B2B)
· Inbound phone calls (low volume)
· Submit credit requests to finance
· Stock updates where applicable
· Booking slot advice
· Supporting documentation for out of EU shipments for logistics as needed
· Updating internal Daily tasks report as needed for coverage
· Ensure that all parties are adhering to signed contracts and the company's T&C’s
· Other daily tasks
· Assist Consumer Services where needed
· Working closely with logistics, sales and finance daily

Requirements

C2 level German+ English
3+ years of relevant customer service experience including order entry preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
Ability to interpret technical instructions in diagram form as well as basic operating/procedure manuals
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively


Working conditions

Direct contract with the hiring company
full time position
start date as soon as possible


Salary from: €2600,-
Salary to: €2900,-
