Please note: This is a temporary position for approximately 6 months to cover a maternity leave.

Job description

Do you have a genuine interest in customer needs, an organized approach, and are you looking for a challenging job in an international and multicultural environment? Then this is the job for you!
You will be the main point of contact for clients by handling all order fulfillment activities and responding to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently. You will work with an assigned group of clients and will coordinate pre- and/or post order activities.

Some of your responsibilities will include:


· Order process management
· Relationship management by building and maintaining an excellent relationship with customers, sales representative, and other stakeholders.
· Proactively monitoring the order backlog and communicating with the customer and other relevant stakeholders in order to meet the Customer Requested Delivery date.
· Identifying opportunities to offer the customer special service solutions.
· Analyzing demand against actual orders and providing feedback to customers.
· Coordinating relevant actions with supply chain, sales, and the customer.
· Coordinating special shipping arrangements with the relevant production facilities, freight companies, and warehouses.
· Reviewing customer scorecards and coordinating feedback of any required corrective action.
· Handling customer complaints per the company guidelines.
· Driving continuous improvement (so bring your ideas with you!)
· Taking on other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

The ideal candidate is solution orientated, has a ‘can do’ attitude, thinks outside the box, has the courage to challenge the status quo and takes initiative. You have strong skills in building and maintaining relationships and can read between the lines to get to the core of a customer’s needs. Maintaining the long term vision, a good sense of urgency, a professional attitude, and clear communication are a must. You will need to have an organized approach and an ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
Required
· You have great skills in setting priorities and are organized.
· You are able to apply economic and critical thinking skills within your daily responsibilities.
· You are flexible and a team player.
· You have effective communication skills, including an ability to exchange information clearly and accurately at various levels within the organization and with customers.
· You are a natural relationship builder.
· You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
· You have strong computer skills; Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel are required

Preferred
· 2-3 years of commercial experience is desirable, preferably gained in a multinational B2B environment.
· SAP knowledge is preferred.
· Fluency in an additional language is a plus
