As a Customer Care Representative:
  • You will be the first point of contact for customers through email, phone, WhatsApp and online chat
  • You work in close collaboration with the account manager of your product group, generate quotes and follow through on proposals
  • Adapt to customer needs, including problem solving in order to ensure customer satisfaction
  • You will advise them on their product choice, but also assist them with complaints or delivery questions. There is also a sales aspect in this role, where you'll help to follow up on hot-leads and turn them into an order!
  • you will also identify and solve structural issues or raise them internally in order to improve existing processes


Requirements

Fitting in within this company is not difficult as long as you have a positive, open-minded and friendly disposition. They are open to all backgrounds as long as you have the following qualifications:
  • C2 level of French and experience in the French market;
  • Professional level of English;
  • Customer-oriented mindset and communication style;
  • You already need to live within commuting distance from the office and have a valid work permit for the Netherlands.

Working conditions

  • Direct contract for 7 months, with the intention to extend;
  • Flat organization and open office space;
  • A very flexible and dynamic work environment (possibility to work 2 days from home, flexible work hours);
  • Training budget;
  • Travel allowance (19 cents per km, max 50km per day);
  • Possibility to meet up three times a week for workout session;
  • Borrels and social events;

Salary from: €2400,-
Salary to: €3000,-

Company description

Our client is a very dynamic and young e-commerce company based in Rhenen. They design, print and advise on branded products for both B2B and B2C clients, although the bulk of their clients are other businesses. Their product line ranges from pens, notebooks and other office supplies to face-masks and hospitality products. They've existed for around 10 years and are already an established name in their market.Currently, the are looking for a French speaking Customer Care Representative to join their French team here in the Netherlands.
