Job description

As the technical expert of the Customer Support team you will be supporting the distributor network and nurture new and existing relationships. In addition, you are going to provide product layout proposals to their customers using Dialux and in-house software in support of the sales process. In this position you are going to be a part of the emerging market of replacing light sources with LED's as the primary illumination source for signage, retail lighting, petroleum industries and architectural lighting.

What are your responsibilities?
• Design, assembly, testing & installation support of our LED technology for our in-house layout services, sales managers, distributors and sign company customers
• Customer project support by creating CAD, LEDWizard and DIALUX designs and layouts
• Customer support and training for field Installation matters
• Sample and prototype construction
• Post-Installation problem resolution including troubleshooting, failure analysis, and corrective action
• Assisting with daily office operations, including RMA handling, shipments, stock handling
• Continuous education of our sales internal and external sales teams of our products and applications

Requirements

What are you bringing to the job?
• You speak C1 English and B2 Dutch, German is not a must but a big bonus
• 0-5 year Hands-on technical support experience of electronic equipment
• Exceptional ability to communicate clearly with a wide variety (designers, installers, engineers and sales team members)
• Demonstrated competence at solving challenging technical problems in the field
• Occasional travel to customers across Europe. (driver license required in the mid-/longterm)
