Job description

Our client has recently expanded their activities in the international market, they are active in 8 countries and Germany is one their most important growth markets. That's why their German speaking team is growing and they’re looking for talented people who want to join them.

Our client is looking for a German speaking Customer Service representative that will be supporting clients via telephone and email, operating from the head office in Amsterdam.

Tasks

• You and your direct colleagues are responsible for the set-up of the German customer service team.
• Establish and develop potential partnerships with professionals.
• Provide telephone and email support and give advice to new and existing customers
• Working closely with the sales and service departments
• Prepare quotations and process customer's orders
• Close cooperation with the service partner
• Handling complaints and processing orders
• Supporting the marketing department in the delivery of materials and campaigns in Germany

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken German skills, Dutch Preffered
• Ideally you have 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service or technical support.
• Commercial and entrepreneurial Skills
• You have a technical affinity due to the nature of our client’s products.
• Customer oriented and excellent communication skills
• You are known for your flexibility, reliability and initiative.
• You feel comfortable in a flexible working environment
• You have MS Office knowledge and ideally CRM
