Job description

Our client is seeking a Customer Service for a dynamic position, involving client contact through various channels such as phone, email, chat and social media.

Requirements

In order to be successful in this position, you need to radiate positive energy.
You'll need to speak and write Norwegian a C2 level, and also speak fluent English. Another language (French,Portuguese, German, Spanish, Swedish) is seen as an advantage.
Naturally, we're seeking people with experience in a client facing environment; customer service, hospitality.
You'll have to be available from 09:00 until 21:00 Monday to Sunday and will be working 40 hours per week. The schedule will be planned every 3 weeks and the working hours ans shifts can be changed and negotiated with your colleagues.

Working conditions

This is a full time position for 40 hours a week, although there might be potential for less hours to be negotiated.
Salary range around €2500 gross per month based in full time.
An initial 7 month contract will be given, with the intention to extend it.
There's also a bonus scheme, fantastic lunches for a great price, awesome parties, and you'll also receive a laptop and 25 holidays a year!
