Job description

For their office for the Benelux market, they are currently looking for a new fulltime colleague:

Customer Support Technician

to support the implementation of their new retail management system in the Benelux market to their customers. The system provides many services to their clients such as 3rd party integration, reports, analytics, eCommerce and vendor updates. You will alleviate technical issues the clients will face and educate them on best practices.


Your valuable role will be:
· answering all questions related to their retail management system and escalate when needed
· Communicating mainly via phone and email with the clients but also to travel to their stores and help them on site
· Guiding the clients to success through empowering them with a system training
· Documenting all customer support history to help eliminating issues in the program
· Creating, reviewing and maintaining the training of the system
· Selling hardware and supplies to customers and place related orders
· Assisting with the installation of the system for new customers



Requirements

What you have to offer:
· You have experience with customer service and strong troubleshooting skills
· You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, French and English
· You have two-year technical degree or higher or other relevant experience in that field
· You are a team-oriented, fun-loving and proactive bike enthusiast
