Job description

As a Data Analyst your work will help insurers grow, reduce risk, and most importantly, promote healthy lifestyles and wellbeing among their customers.


  • Manage international projects for data science, engineering and analytics
  • Drive the advancement of market focused dashboards and visualizations in close collaboration with different parties including marketing managers, underwriters and actuaries.
  • Elicit requirements and design big data processing pipelines together with the company's solutions and data engineering teams.
  • Build, deploy & monitor cutting edge machine learning models for customer analytics, survival analysis and natural language processing.
  • Collaborate within the company and with clients on building a thriving data analytics community by being a thought leader on data analytics, science, and engineering.


We are looking for individuals with a solid foundation in the following data technologies and an eagerness to develop these skills further:

What we are looking for
  • Master’s degree in STEM preferably Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics and Mathematics
  • 2-4 years experience in building building, deploying and monitoring machine learning models
  • 2-4 years experience in building data pipelines and visualizations
  • 2-4 years experience in consultancy, business analysis or data analysis
  • 1-2 years experience in project management/product ownership or leadership positions

Technical competencies
  • Project management of data analytics projects and creation and prioritization of backlogs (divided into predictable epics)
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker and Tableau
  • Database and data lake design as well as query tools for SQL (PostgreSQL, MSSQL, etc.) and NoSQL (BigQuery/Cosmos/Mongo/Snowflake)
  • Predictive modelling concepts and machine learning models
  • Software development best practices (Agile, OOD, git, CI/CD)
  • Common data science programming languages such as Python is a must
  • Productionizing machine learning: building, publishing, versioning and monitoring of models (knowledge of model versioning platforms like MLflow is a plus)
  • Sensitive to ethics (fairness of AI) and compliance to data protection laws

Working conditions

  • Yearly Salary range of €50-70K (Including 8% and 13th month)
  • Direct contract with the client
