Job description

In this role you will contribute to the establishment of the company as an innovative provider of life science products, in vitro diagnostic, and health care products in the designated sales area. You will plan and maintain the business schemes and the systems for efficient operation. You will manage the team members for optimum performance and achieve sales targets. Furthermore, you will obtain profit contribution by establishing and accomplishing business objectives.

Business Management
The right candidate must be able to:
· Achieve the business growth and hit sale targets by successfully managing the team and distributors.
· Improve profitability (EBITDA) of the business by concrete actions
· Manage the team members with objective target setting, coaching and performance monitoring.
· Establish and implement short-, middle- and long-term goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures based on certain strategies.
· Liaise closely with the company’s policy team, while respecting local regulations & rules and the company’s QMS.
Sales Management
The right candidate must be able to:
· Promote positive and direct relationship with distributors and coordinate proper and productive sales functions.
· Plan, direct and manage distributors with regards to:
o Selection by close cooperation with scientific marketing & staff team.
o Contracting, pricing, TOPs.
o Sales planning and forecasting.
o Registrations of the products.
· Develop and coordinate selling cycle and methodology by analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
· Develop and manage sales, cost budgets and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
· Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs.
· Participate in the development of new project proposals.
· Plan and coordinate public affairs, and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach.
Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.


· Excellent level of English, both in written and spoken. An extra language is required
· HBO or educational level in science or business administration preferred
· Strong experience in Sales roles in a combination with Biomedical, Scientific or Laboratory background
· Business oriented and entrepreneurial spirit
· Exceptional management, interpersonal and communication skills
· Familiarity with data analysis, reporting and IVD activity
· Habit to work in multicultural environment
· Ability and willingness to travel is required

Salary from: €6000,-

These products include super-low and cryogenic freezers, refrigerators, incubators and sterile workbenches.
