Job description

As a Retail Marketing Coordinator you will be in charge of retail marketing as well as retail (online & offline) support. Hence you will be working with the retail partners, internal sales agents and agencies in order to develop, manage and optimize our client's digital exposure on the 20 biggest retail partner platforms. Therefore, in addition to Marketing, you will be working alongside the Sales department. Together with the retailers you make sure that the products are placed in the best possible way and that the information and pictures represent the products effectively. You also support in online product launches. Your main goal as a Retail Marketing Coordinator is to maximize online visibility through partners' web shops and increase our client's revenue.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Developing, managing and optimizing creative (digital) retail marketing solutions and digital retail communications
• Enhancing traffic and conversion and safeguard the client's branding guidelines
• Supporting key account partners with marketing exposure
• Updating showrooms according to seasonal campaigns and needs

Requirements

To enjoy and be successful in this role you ideally have a background in either the (sports) apparel industry and/or have previously worked at an online retailer. You definitely need to have a self-motivated spirit and feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate for the role would have:

• 3+ years of experience in (Digital) Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing and/or Category Marketing
• C2 level of English (German is not a must, but highly regarded)
• the ability to build great work partnership with stakeholders and partners
• experience developing online Marketing campaigns

Working conditions

• Market relevant compensation package
• Full time – 40 hours / week (negotiable)
• Travel costs up to 250 Euros / month
