Job description

As a Front Office Administrator, you will have a versatile position in a dynamic environment. Your first responsibility is to make sure that our client is continuously available for internal and external customers from the entire Benelux region. You will speak to callers in a friendly and professional manner and connect them to the right colleague. You are also responsible for mail and parcels, the general e-mail box and you will sometimes assist the Customer Service department by helping to enter simple orders.

The work broadly consists of:
Telephone exchange management
You ensure continuous availability and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing telephone calls from Benelux customers. You switch effortlessly between different languages ​​(Dutch, English and French),
You take calls from internal and external customers in a friendly, professional and service-oriented manner. You handle a difficult telephone conversation professionally and positively.
Manage general e-mail box
It is up to you to filter the e-mails from the general e-mail box and to distribute them carefully within the organization or to handle them yourself where possible.
Mail and parcels
You take care of the incoming and outgoing mail, accept packages and prepare packages for shipment.
Order processing
You will also be trained in the entry of simple orders, so that you can also be deployed in their Customer Service department.


To be successful in this position, you need to be accurate, client-focused and a fantastic team player. Good communication skills are also a must, as you will be in touch with many different types of people daily.
- Experience working in a similar position;
- Fluency in the French, Dutch and English language (both written and spoken);

Working conditions

This role offers a great opportunity to work in a friendly and informal environment inside of a company who values their employees. The salary is dependent on your experience, but can range from €2.200 to €2.500 gross per month. this position is a temporary position for now, but upon proven sustainability, it can be extended into a long-term contract.
