My client is looking to obtain a HR Business partner who loves to work in a challenging and international environment.

Job description

You will be working together with the HR manager and HR coordinator to ensure that all HR activities are fulfilled and in good order.
You are responsible for all aspects of HR for the different offices throughout Europe; this includes on/off-boarding, administration, and payroll. In addition, you will also be responsible for implementing an onboarding procedure for new employees when the company acquires a new division. You will report to the HR global director in the EU. To be successful in this role you need to be a self-motivator and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


What will you be doing?
  • Monitor the Payroll, making sure that all changes in the employee profiles are reported.
  • Monitor all administrative support for performance appraisal and compensation reviews.
  • Take charge in all administration concerning employment (overtime pay, secondary benefits, vacation, health and safety processes)
  • Coordinate the on and off-boarding process, especially when a new division is added to the company.
  • Make sure that employee data is compliant, and that all documents are available for compliance purposes.
  • Coordinate the recruitment within Europe.
  • Support the global HR team if required.
  • Support of special HR projects (i.e. implementation of new programs)
  • Guide/ manage the HR coordinator
  • You will be a become a beacon of trust when it comes to rules and regulation within the Dutch Labor market
  • You are the lead in all due diligence matters.

Requirements

What do we expect from you?
  • 3-5 years of experience within an HR business partner role
  • You have worked with the Dutch labor market, and understand the labor law.
  • You have experience with onboarding/guiding groups of incoming employees due to a takeover/acquisition
  • Knowledge of the Dutch market is a must, next to this you need to have worked with branches/offices in other EU countries
  • Degree in Human Resource or related field.
  • Positive attitude, able to work in a chaotic environment and understand the processes and think two steps ahead.
  • Great communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (business level) and preferably German or French
  • Experience with Bamboo-HR is a plus
  • Overall someone who has a positive mindset, can handle a fast paced environment and understands the differences in culture and loves to be accurate.
  • A great manager/coach for their HR coordinator.

Salary is according to experience. Next to this my client has good secondary benefits and, as a bonus, you will be working in an international team within a friendly environment.
