You will be assisting and advising the company on all administrative HR processes in this role. Employees and managers will approach you with questions and requests, which you will either respond to or refer to the appropriate person
Your responsibility:
- Proper HR and payroll administration is required in Belgium.
- Contracts and other HR administrations such as in- and out-of-services, personnel file management, and on- and off-boarding must be established.
- ensuring that the data in our human resources systems is always up to date
- Problems with HR systems should be reported to the HR IT team, and problems should be investigated.
- Payroll must be completed on time and completely.
- As the employee's first point of contact, manage the HRS mailbox.
- Assistance with projects for HR advisors and/or the Global HRS Manager
- Improve processes related to all HRS workflows
- Being aware of and adhering to HR policies when dealing with employee issues.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equal relevant experience
- 3-6 Several years of relevant human resources or administrative experience (Danish experience is required)
- A strong interest in and knowledge of BE labor law.
- Fluency in English and French (Dutch/Flemish is preferred)
- We are open to moving to the Amsterdam area.
- Willingness to stay up to date on Belgian labor law and our HR systems
- Travel is roughly once each 2 months.
