Job description

What do you do on a daily basis?

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat as well as supporting the Sales team
  • Onboard customers and support them through key structural decisions
  • Use your expertise to propose unique solutions to customers
  • Assist customers in implementing the product into their daily work and businesses
  • Drive product development by sharing insights with product teams

Requirements

Who are you?

  • Fluent in both German and English
  • Fluent in Dutch (big plus, but not a must)
  • Experienced in Sales, Project Management, or Account Management
  • Interested in gaming or tech
  • Customer oriented and can provide tailored advice based on the needs of each individual client
  • Proactive, ambitious, and a great communicator

Working conditions

What does the company offer?

· A salary between 2.800-3.000 based on experience
· 32-40 hour work week
· 25 holiday days

Salary from: €2800,-

Our client is a trusted developer of a work force management solution with over 4.000 partners in the retail, restaurant, transportation, hotel, and production industries. They are looking for a Customer Success and Implementation Consultant to join their DACH team of 4.
