Our client, an American owned company, is operating in the electronic component redistribution market and they are located in the heart of Amsterdam. In overall there are offices and distribution facilities in North America, in Europe and in Asia.

Job description

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative in for the DACH region, you will be a valued member of the team and will work in a fast-paced environment to build positive, collaborative relationships with existing regional customers and position the company as the distributer of choice. You will be the strongest liaison with the customers and the company.

Responsibilities:
· Cultivating relationships with the senior management of their distributers and provide exemplary customer service
· Managing multiple priorities including client expectations during the sales process, prepare quotes, follow up on orders, and solve client-related problems
· Identifying decision makers in targeted leads, uncover new, qualified sales opportunities
· Building strong strategic regional relationships among assigned customers and promote the company as the distributor of choice
· Providing forecasts and perform business reviews with your customers

Requirements

· 2+ years sales experience with a proven track record of consistent revenue growth and tele-sales skills
· Business level German C2 level and fluency in English, speaking Dutch would be an advantage
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related area
· Familiarity with Microsoft BI and CRM systems
· Proficiently in Microsoft Office
· Are poised and balanced in time-sensitive situations
· To be concise, clear, and an effective communicator
· Ability to travel at least 10% of the time
