Job description
Due to continued growth in this company, my client is looking for an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Representative for Germany.The challenge
· As a Trader you will be responsible for sales of new cars, B2B, to your designated market to your own portfolio of customers.
· You analyze the market, acquire new customers and maintain relationships and will be the owner of your own network.
· You will approach (potential) new and existing customers by phone with the objective to map out their requirements and sell the products.
· You will build long-term relationships with business owners, purchase managers and sales managers from different brands and automotive companies.
· Every potential new customer will ensure for a unique conversation, making this a challenging and diverse position! Your role will include daily cold calling, account management and strategic planning.
· You will receive on the job training as well as an extensive training in our client's product.
Requirements
What kind of person are you?· You have at least a Bachelors Degree
· You have at least 3-5 years sales experience (ideally in inside sales)
· You are passionate or have a natural interest in cars
· You speak German at least on a fluent level and English as well (both are a must)
· You have a commercial mind, you easily make contacts and you are a strong communicator
· You have an energetic attitude and you are able to convince the customer
· You are confident and determined, a fast learner and self-starting, you like to take initiative
Working conditions
My client offers:- Direct contract
- This is a fulltime position (40 hours/week), but they are also open for 32 hours/week
- Starting date: As soon as possible
- Salary is gross € 2500-3500 based on 40 hours - depends on experience
- Bonus scheme - (2 times)

My client is within the automotive sector and is fast becoming a market leader in the international trade in new and nearly-new cars. My client has been an established name for over 20 years. It is one of the larger players with sales of more than 10,000 cars per year.They are located in Nieuw-Vennep where you are going to work partially in the office, and partially at home (current situation).
