Job description

What will you be doing?We are looking for a talented Inside Sales Specialist who wants to develop a broad range of technical sales skills in order to generate leads and build the accounts of current clients. This position includes a variety of tasks, such as approaching potential clients and sales-leads, identifying new markets, creating contracts, analyzing data, organizing market research, writing offers and following up.
Some specific tasks that you will be responsible for are:
• Maintaining, improving, and finding ways to grow current client relationships.
• Recognizing and acting on buying signals from current and prospective clients.
• Advising clients about appropriate products and services.
• Development of product knowledge and services.
• Writing competetive offers in English.
• Negotiating with current and prospective clients within the provided guidelines.
• Securing delivery times, price conditions, and payment terms.
• Increasing profit from current client accounts.
• Expanding and developming your own client network.
• Anticipating market development and developments of clients and prospects.
• Create and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
• Maintain the CRM system.


What do we expect from you?
• Completed commercial education at HBO level.
• Relevant experience in an inside sales department.
• Commercial mind-set
• Excellent level of fluency in English is a must.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or French is a plus.

• Strong communication skills both in speaking and writing.
• Enthusiastic, ambitious, and passionate about getting involved.
• Good computer skills in Word, Excel en PowerPoint.
• Self-aware, flexible, curious, and willing and ready to learn.
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
• Great team player!
