Job description

For this role we are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist who ready to take on a leadership role. You will be responsible for:
  • Working closely with Marketing & Sales to effectively implement the Sales funnel.
  • Proactively generating and assessing leads, cultivating a robust pipeline of new customer acquisition opportunities.
  • Contributing to sales strategy development, customer segmentation, and the creation of persuasive sales scripts.
  • Utilizing both inbound and outbound calling techniques to identify and pursue fresh sales prospects.
  • Regularly engaging with existing customers to showcase our services, gather feedback, and explore cross-selling or upselling possibilities.
  • Monitoring performance metrics and prepare comprehensive monthly reports.
  • Handling customer feedback professionally and collaborate on monitoring customer satisfaction rates.
  • Ensuring accurate logging of all Inside Sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Managing a portfolio of customers, providing exceptional service and support.

Requirements

What do we expect from you?
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Inside Sales or Telesales representative, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in working with CRM software and familiarity with pipeline process stages.
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, enabling effective team leadership.
  • A hands-on approach to tasks, combined with the ability to lead an international team.
  • Fluent in English and German, with knowledge of additional languages considered a plus.
  • Willingness to travel, with up to 20% travel required.
