Their goal is to increase the productivity bar for machines and service within this sector. They do this by constantly innovating and providing quality support to their customers throughout EMEA.

Job description

In this role you will play a key commercial role within the Customer Care department. You will be responsible for extending and broadening the after sales activities in order to increase revenue and margins. You will accomplish by always driving initiatives within the department to improve processes and promote new business opportunities.

Within the Customer Service team you will be commercially responsible for the sale of Spare Part Kits, Spare Parts, Retrofits, Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Service Visits. You will work with a team of experts who can provide you with product knowledge and technical advice. You are responsible to work with the team to determine reliable solutions and you know how to convert, offer, and follow up on customer-specific offers. In addition, you will monitor the cooperation and relationship with our customers and our purchasing department in order to be able to attain 100% delivery on time.

Some of your tasks and responsibilities include:

· Analysing customer needs together with the relevant departments and converting this into an attractive offer.
· Taking a pro-active approach by focusing on reactivating “sleeping” customers.
· Acting as the department’s voice to the market and making sure to add your personal touch.
· Actively following up on offers.
· Setting up and implementing monthly commercial campaigns.
· Maintaining and developing accounts and relationships.
· Analysing customer feedback along with the relevant departments and taking action accordingly.
· Handling customer claims.
· Taking care of weekly and monthly reports.
· Providing general support to other departments.


We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercial driven colleague who knows how to achieve results and reach objectives. You are a team player, who proactively and independently communicates with customers, issues quotes, and knows how to convert them into orders. You have strong commercial insight, have a talent for generating and following up on leads, and you are driven to score! You are a natural people person who can act as the first point of contact for our customers and you are used to working with targets.
You are also passionate about your work and value offering optimum service to your customers.

In addition you have/are:
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of experience
· Flexible, entrepreneurial and, above all, a proactive attitude.
· German and English fluency at a business level (Dutch is a big plus)
· At least 3 years of experience in B2B Sales.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of Partners, senior Leaders, and subject matter experts including the ability to interact with and establish trust and credibility with all levels of the organization
· Able to multi-task and function well in a busy and fast-moving environment
· Continuously looking to improve processes and taking action to do so.
· A sound understanding of quality assurance procedures.
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visual ERP/CRM
